Our communication toolkit makes it easy to promote your benefit plan to your employees. Use the following resources to connect with your employees and increase participation in your FSA.

Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSAs) are a relatively new type of benefit, so it’s important to educate your employees for them to understand the true value of it.

Our LSA product has two main plan design options, defined benefit and earned benefit.

  • Defined Benefit: You define the reward amount and eligible expense categories and your employees submit claims through their online account and are reimbursed for eligible purchases.
  • Earned Benefit: You define the requirements, reward amount, and eligible expense categories. Your employees meet the requirements and earn rewards for their LSA. Employees can then submit claims through their online account and are reimbursed for eligible purchases.

Use the corresponding communications below for your chosen plan design option to help promote the benefit to your employees. If you use the material for a defined benefit, your employees will need to know the amount of the benefit and what expense categories they can spend their funds on.

If you use the material for an earned benefit, your employees will need to know how to earn their benefit and what expense categories they can spend their funds on.
