Wrap Plan Documents
The simplest way to comply with ERISA document requirements is a wrap plan document, which “wraps” health and welfare benefits into a single plan document and Summary Plan Description (SPD). Wrap plans simplify an employer’s compliance efforts and reduces the amount of documents they have to maintain. It also eliminates the need to submit more than one Form 5500 for your health and welfare benefits.
Form 5500 Filing

We gather information about your plan(s) and prepare a Form 5500 for a single employer plan with one or more Schedules A and/or C. We also prepare a Summary Annual Report for you to distribute to your employees.
