Have your reimbursement funds deposited electronically and securely in your checking or savings account.

Direct deposit is the fastest way and easiest way to receive reimbursement funds. When you authorize direct deposit, you will be notified each time a payment made. Account activity including claim payments can be seen in the EBCentral mobile app or in your online account.

FSA or HRA Direct Deposit

You can set up direct deposit for your flexible spending account (FSA) or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) in the EBCentral mobile app or online.

EBCentral Mobile App

  1. After you log in to the EBCentral mobile app, select More at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Complete the form and click Submit.

Online Account

  1. After you log in to your online account, select Direct Deposit from the Manage section of the main menu.
  2. Complete the form and click Submit.

HSA Direct Deposit

To reimburse yourself with funds from a health savings account (HSA), use the HSA Bill Pay feature in your online account. This will allow you to have funds electronically deposited into your checking or savings account.

  1.  After you log in to your online account, select your HSA tile.
  2. Click on your HSA balance.
  3. Select HSA Bill Pay.

You can also access online bill pay by selecting Pay with My HSA in the main menu of your HSA online account.

LSA Direct Deposit

You can set up direct deposit for reimbursement funds from your lifestyle spending account (LSA) online by following these instructions.

  1. After you log in to your online account, select Direct Deposit from the Manage section of the main menu.
  2. Complete the form and click Submit.
