Faster claim processing. Digital claims are typically processed within two business days.
Claim status tracking. When you submit your claims digitally, you can easily track the status of your claims.
Simple documentation upload. Use your phone to snap and upload receipts in EBCentral®, or attach files with a couple clicks through your online account. If you're submitting documentation in the mobile app following a Benefits Card transaction, your documentation will be reviewed to validate qualified expenses or determine if further review is needed.
Secure processing. Digital submissions go directly into our system, reducing risk and increasing security. EBCentral® also offers biometric login and two-step verification for added peace of mind.
