Open Enrollment Services

There is a lot to do during open enrollment season but we can take some administrative work off your plate. At EBC, we offer open enrollment services to notify COBRA and/or Billing Services participants about open enrollment.

Open Enrollment Process

Our open enrollment process is broken down into four simple steps: setup, initial notification, elections, and the end of the open enrollment period. All you need to do is provide us with your organization’s benefit information in the setup process and we take care of the rest.

Setup: Your organization provides us with your benefit information.

Initial Open Enrollment Notification: Notifications are sent to COBRA and/or Billing Services participants up to one week prior to the open enrollment start date. This notice informs such participants of the upcoming open enrollment period, how to access their information, and how to make elections online.

Open Enrollment Elections: Participants make their elections online.

Open Enrollment Period Ends: Participant elections are applied to their accounts and carriers are notified of any changes. At this time, your organization is invoiced for applicable fees.
