Where to Shop

FSAs, HSAs, and HRAs help you save money on eligible expenses

Where can I shop for eligible expenses?

Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs) help you save money because the contributions you make to the account are exempt from Federal, State, and FICA payroll taxes. Using tax-free dollars to pay for eligible expenses saves up to 30%*, meaning a $100 eligible expense costs you about $70. See what’s eligible.

Where can I spend my FSA and HSA funds?

Spending your FSA and HSA funds is easy. Just shop where you normally buy eligible items, or check out one of the online shops that specialize in FSA- and HSA-eligible products.

  • FSA Store: Online marketplace with more than 4,000 FSA-eligible products and educational resources.
  • Health Shopper: Site curated with unique FSA- and HSA-eligible products. Orders are delivered via Amazon.

Don't forget to use your Benefits Card! The easiest way to spend your funds is using your Benefits Card at a retailer that approves eligible expenses at the point of sale with their electronic payment system, including FSA Store, Health Shopper, and many national chains. When you use your Benefits Card at these retailers, you pay directly from your benefit account. If you don't have a Benefits Card, you can pay using another method and submit a request for reimbursement later.

Please note that we can’t guarantee items found at these retailers qualify as eligible expenses. You may be required to submit documentation for FSA purchases to prove they are eligible expenses. In that case, you will receive an email from us requesting documentation.
