How it works

Direct Deposit is the fastest way to receive reimbursements. When you authorize Direct Deposit, our system securely connects to your financial institution and electronically transfers your reimbursement funds to your checking or savings account. You’ll receive your funds faster since we don’t physically print a check and mail it to you using U.S. Mail.

You will receive a direct deposit notification email each time a payment is transferred. Your claim and payment summaries are available through your account online.

Activate your account and log in
If you haven't already, you'll need to activate your online account before signing up for Direct Deposit.

  1. Click "Log in" at the top of the page and choose "Participants."
  2. Click the "Register" button and follow the instructions. Once your account is activated, use your Username and Password to log in.

Authorize Direct Deposit

  1. Log in with your Username and Password.
  2. Open the menu and choose "Direct Deposit" under "Manage."
  3. Complete the form and click "Submit."
