Order Your Commuter Check Card Prepaid MasterCard® (for Transit and Parking) for Your Participants

With this option, participants can use one Commuter Check Card Prepaid MasterCard® to pay for qualified Transit and Parking expenses. Participants receive one Commuter Check Card which can be funded each benefit month. The Commuter Check card cannot be used during the same month that commuter check vouchers have been used to pay for transit or parking expenses.

The Commuter Check Card is accepted at transit agencies or designated transit retail centers where transit passes, tickets, fare cards, and vanpool passes are sold. It is also accepted at any parking provider that accepts Debit MasterCard for payment.

The Commuter Check Card reloads around the 23rd of each month so funds are available to make purchases for benefits for the following month. There is a $10 minimum balance load.

Participants can obtain Commuter Check Card account balances and transaction history by logging into My Account Assistant at and linking to the online ordering platform, or by calling the phone number on the back of their Commuter Check Card.

If a card is lost or stolen, participants can call 866-264-2440 or select “Card Management” on the online ordering platform and report a card as lost or stolen. There is a $15 replacement fee, which is deducted from the participant's card balance. A replacement card will not be issued if there is not enough money in the participant account to cover the replacement fee.
