How do I log in to my account?

To log in to your account, click “Participant" from the "Log in" dropdown on our homepage at www.ebcflex.com and register. Simply follow the prompts.

Can I authorize other contacts on my account?

A

Due to the nature of the Protected Health Information (PHI) associated with health accounts, we can only discuss certain information with the participant in the plan. If you would like to authorize Employee Benefits Corporation to speak with someone on your behalf (Spouse, Power of Attorney, etc.), you can do so by completing the Participant Authorization Form. You can send the completed form to us by USPS, fax, or email and we will update your account accordingly.

How do I change my User ID and Password?

Log into My Account Assistant and select "My Security Settings" from the menu.

Log into My Account Assistant and select "My Profile" from the menu.
