When you submit claims online, we verify the dates are valid. For instance, if you enter a service date that's outside of the current plan year, it is flagged for correction on the spot.
Unlike using fax or email, your information goes directly to our administration system using a secure connection. You may access claims and payment history at any time — including Benefits Card transactions.
In addition, you may check account balances and view recent payments within My Account Assistant.
