The Technical Service Desk Coordinator is a technical, hands-on position responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Technical Service Desk team, which responds to technical inquiries and service requests from internal and external customers. This includes oversight of inquiries and service requests initiated in our call center and transferred to the Technical Service Desk to aid in the resolution of customer service issues involving web applications, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone applications, and mobile applications. Employee Benefits Corporation is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Partner Relationship Coordinator. This position is responsible for the development and management of relationships with strategic partners, being the primary point of contact for the partners and is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service which meets or exceeds the expectations of our service level agreements. The Partner Relationship Coordinator facilitates strategic planning for expansion of the partnership and manages initial implementation and continuous improvement projects. The Partner Relationship Coordinator interacts with insurance carriers, other strategic partners, internal staff, brokers, prospects and client contacts both in the office and at various client or partner locations throughout the country.

Employee Benefits Corporation is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Client Liaison. The Client Liaison position is responsible for customer relationship management with a specific set of Employee Benefits Corporation clients and various brokers and serves as the face of the Company. This position investigates client issues in an effort to drive those issues to resolution. The Client Liaison works with other internal departments to gather data relevant to the resolution of client issues. The Client Liaison interprets the parameters of benefit plans, resolves client issues and reports needs and concerns to the Account Manager to assure that service commitments are fulfilled and client satisfaction is met.
Qualified candidates will have proven relationship management skills as well as a strong background in Section 125, Section 105 and COBRA.
