The BESTflexSM Plan Self Administration makes it easy for employers to administer their own flex plans. We provide the resources and compliance services, and the employer carries out the day-to-day administration.

Annual Nondiscrimination Testing
Our in-house Compliance team completes required annual Nondiscrimination Testing for BESTflex Plan Self Administration clients. The employer simply provides basic plan and participant data, and we perform the testing and highlight any issues that need to be corrected.

Complete flex plan materials
Employee Benefits Corporation provides the materials employers need to properly self-administer a flex plan. Our Compliance team ensures these materials are up to date with current IRS regulations.
