Billing Services Supervisor - 1227

Employee Benefits Corporation is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Billing Services Supervisor.  The Billing Services Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision, training, mentoring and coaching of the Billing Services’ department team to ensure that plan administration supports Employee Benefits Corporation service standards. This department is also responsible for the day-to-day administration of our State Continuation products.  This includes oversight of client setup, daily administration of the plan, client disbursements and client reports.  The Billing Services Supervisor also manages workflow, ensures appropriate staffing coverage at all times and is responsible for tracking, monitoring and reporting key operational performance measures on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline (may be substituted with four years of directly related experience), a minimum of two years supervisory experience as well as a minimum of 5 years of working in a professional office setting.   Previous experience working with Third Party Administration (TPA) with specific experience in the administration of COBRA is preferred.    This position requires strong organizational, problem solving and leadership skills, along with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.  Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook is also required.
