Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead - 1184

Employee Benefits Corporation is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead position. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead is responsible for supporting the organization’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.  The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead will work with a variety of stakeholders to design, develop, implement and administer enterprise CRM solutions that meet business objectives and comply with corporate policies and standards.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement new CRM features to meet organizational objectives
  • Develop custom reporting and dashboards that are readily available and interpretable
  • Develop, recommend and implement testing approaches for CRM solutions
  • Act as the organization’s technical expert for CRM solutions, providing customer centric service
  • Communicate technical risks, issues and possible mitigation plans to business owners and management in a manner that is easy to understand
  • Support the development of end user training materials for CRM solutions and deliver training as appropriate
  • Provide technical support to the IT Help Desk and developers
  • Research existing and emerging CRM technologies for use in business case development

 Qualified candidates will possess the following required qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic CRM Sales and Service Desk applications, including at least 2 years of implementation experience
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts
  • Demonstrable knowledge of JavaScript, Microsoft SQL server, including SQL Reporting Services and T-SQL
  • Demonstrable knowledge of business analyst activities, tools and deliverables
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

 Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience working with COBRA and tax advantaged benefit plans
  • Experience implementing or integrating with document management and content management systems
