Senior Client Service Consultant - 1133

At Employee Benefits Corporation, creating and maintaining meaningful relationships around our trusted brand of “making things easy” for our clients is key to our success. Employee Benefits Corporation is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Client Service Consultant. The Senior Client Service Consultant is responsible for developing, managing and growing long-term relationships with Employee Benefits Corporation’s clients and brokers. This position manages all aspects of the client relationship following implementation and ensures customers are satisfied with our products and services. This position will work across all areas of the organization to utilize internal resources to proactively analyze and manage various and complex benefit issues.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as primary point of contact and organization resource for assigned clients, providing exceptional service and consultation to inquiries, issues and opportunities utilizing interpersonal skills including diplomacy, tact and empathy
  • Establish, maintain and foster trusted advisor relationships with clients and brokers
  • Create and manage Service Plans for all assigned clients incorporating feedback from client surveys and feedback collected throughout the year in a proactive, solutions-based manner

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Business or related field (which may be substituted by four years directly related experience). Three years of experience in a customer-centric consultative and relationship management role is also required in order to be considered for this role.The successful incumbent will be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, utilizing proper grammar, syntax and excellent business acumen along with presentation skills. Successful experience coordinating activities and managing priorities in a fast paced environment is also required. Prior experience working in the tax-advantaged benefits industry is preferred.
