Client Services Manager - 1245

Be a part of a growing, 100% employee-owned company! Employee Benefits Corporation is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Client Services Manager. This role is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of an assigned group of Client Service Consultants. This department is charged with ensuring expert guidance and support as well as for providing an exceptional and consistent customer experience. The Client Services Manager leads the group in short and long term initiatives, manages work flow and schedules and participates in organizational wide initiatives in a collaborative and transparent fashion.

 

Required qualifications include an Associate degree in Business or related discipline, paired with a minimum of eight years of experience providing customer service in a professional office setting. Please be sure to demonstrate past success managing and navigating through escalated customer issues as well as navigating a customer relationship management tool.  A successful candidate will also possess strong organizational skills coupled with excellent multitasking abilities.  It is important to the organization that incumbents also bring to the table demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills, utilizing proper grammar, syntax and excellent business acumen. Finally, those with familiarity or prior experience with third party administration of health benefits (or other highly regulated industry) will be given preferential consideration.
